Eurogamer has a hands-on.

It’s all to do with orbs. These look a little like pearls, and move politely about the world of Fable 2 as if minding their own business. And they are minding their own business: every orb you encounter is somebody on your friends list who’s independently playing through the game. The orb shows their position, allows you to chat, gift them items, compare stats, and even boot them out of your world. It also allows you to invite them in to join you properly.

Gametrailers.com have some kind of Fable 2 gameplay montage.

GameSpot, in a press release (since when do they do press releases? About something so mundane?), confirm that Fable 2 will once again be at E3, July 11th - 13th.

IGN got to play fable 2 on this years E3 and they were impressed.

The combat is contextual. It factors in your button presses, your skill level, yours and your opponent’s positions, and the environment. Stand near a bottle and you can hold X to pick up the bottle and toss it at an enemy. Fight in a bar and (with proper positioning and timing) you can swing off a chandelier to deliver an attack. Again, all of this is handled on a single button. Sounds crazy, but it works.

Perhaps most impressive is that the combat — the animations, combos, and flourishes — adapt with your character. When you are younger you will have different moves then when you become a seasoned hero. As you move from good to evil, your animations and flourishes also change. That Fable 2 could pack so many variations into its combat is a testament to Lionhead’s desire to deliver on its promises for an incredible RPG experience on Xbox 360.

So today is the day that E3 kicked off which as always brings lots of screenshots and movies of games in development and already today we got 5 new fable 2 screenshots and 2 pieces of artwork but keep in mind the game is still in development andl lionhead still got alot of time to make it even better looking.
