Kikizo have an impression of Fable 2 up with a lot of Molyneux quotes. Since this was apparently “the first time media had ever been able to play it”, this must be a late update from E3. Molyneux is aiming to sell 5 million copies of Fable 2, which is half again of what Lionhead has sold so far of any other game. Also interesting is that the colour of the image is used to show how well you’re doing, and that we’ll “be amazed” by Dimitri.

Lionhead is shortlisted for the UK Developer of the Year award of the Golden Joystick Awards 2007, among, well, other UK developers. The award will be presented in London on Friday, 26th of October.

IGN got a nice question-and-answer interview with Molyneux to chase up the melee combat, love and death. There’s even a bit of hinting about magic, and he mentions that when you go down, any “uncollected experience will be lost”. And of course he refuses to rule multiplayer out. - Read on »
